Villas in Dubai make news with theft incidents involving three

Three Chinese suspects were arrested by the Dubai Police for committing a series of theft from vacant villas. The police also raided their accommodation and recovered the stolen good hidden inside the false ceiling and handed them over to its rightful owners.

A theft complaint was lodged by a UAE national at his villa in Al Warqa. He said that on Thursday, he left home with his wife and maid to attend the wedding of his brother-in-law and returned at 3 am. "When my wife tried to open the door, she found it open and when I reached the bedroom, I found the safe was broken. On the ground floor, a bathroom window and a door were also broken," he said.
