About me :

James enjoyed an 8 year career as a professional cyclist, travelling around the World and living and racing in France at Elite level - twice being UK National champion. After retiring, he believed the competitive nature of the property market would suit him well. Working for one of Manchester’s leading independent letting and property management specialists he excelled at negotiation and rose quickly to senior level. Whilst working full time he also studied an RICS accredited degree in Property Management and Investment. He decided to move to Dubai buoyed by the positive market. Working for one of the larger brokers, James surpassed many targets within the company and again rose to a senior position enjoying a large amount of success and the ‘Director’s Choice’ at the annual awards. James decided to form haus & haus where his passion for pro - active customer service, sharp eye for detail and a ‘can – do’ work ethic has gained a large number of satisfied clients and many transactions.
