With Valentine’s Day 2019 celebrated everywhere today, make it special with your dear one by spending your day planning your future together.

When expats newly arrive in Dubai, renting a one bed or two bed house seems to be the best option. As one settles in and saves enough to make a down payment for mortgage, the option to buy a home is more tempting. Especially when the family has also moved in.

As Dubai sees an upsurge of housing projects, community villas are expected to become more affordable than apartments, which they already are in some areas. However, the key to investing in property depends on a number of factors. Amenities such as parks, eateries, shops, schools and hospitals are important to those who have a young family.

Proximity and access to daily needs becomes a deal maker while choosing a home. So pick wisely and carefully using only licensed, professional services when looking for that perfect home.

MyVilla.com chose these prominent Dubai neighborhoods as the ideal location to raise families. Though not an exhaustive list, it gets you started about where to look and compare.
