Last week, Dubai saw a slight revival in luxury property transactions. Considering the prolonged slump over last few years, this is quite an uplifting news for the market.
According to the Gulf News, Sameer Lakhani, Managing Director at Global Capital Partners, a consultancy says that the increase in the value of transactions are being driven by the Palm and Business Bay at the ready property level, and in Downtown, Meydan and Dubai Hills for offplan.
