Earlier this year, the Dubai Land Department published a list of top nationalities that invested in Dubai’s real estate market between January 2016 and June 2017. A total of 217 nationalities have invested a whopping AED 151 bn. in these 18 months. Topping the real estate investor list after the Emiratis are India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom.
