Fashion designer to the stars joins forces with Emaar Properties on branded tower

Elie Saab will design one-to-four-bedroom luxury apartments boasting Palm Jumeirah and sea views, as well as a private beach, at the gated island destination in the Arabian Gulf.

Legendary fashion designer Elie Saab has joined forces with Dubai real estate giant Emaar Properties on a new, branded tower in residential community Emaar Beachfront at the much-anticipated Dubai Harbour.

Saab will design one-to-four-bedroom luxury apartments boasting Palm Jumeirah and sea views, as well as a private beach, at the gated island destination in the Arabian Gulf.

Prices for a one-bedroom unit starts at AED1.2 million ($326,706), while prices for a four-bedroom can go up to AED5m ($1.4m).

The 10 million square feet Emaar Beachfront promises Miami beach style living with access to a 1.5km private beach and a range of leisure and lifestyle attractions including F&B outlets, beachside play areas and retail pop-ups.

Saab starting making dresses aged 9 and opened his first atelier at 17. Since then, he has dressed some of the world’s most famous women including Queen Rania of Jordan, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep and Halle Barry.

Today, his brand is sold in over 150 wholesale points worldwide, including department stores Harvey Nichols and Boutique 1 and e-commerce platforms Net-A-Porter and Ounass.

Sale of his branded apartments will begin on Friday April 5th at 8:30pm.

Emaar is already offering the first residences for sale at a twin-tower development of 33-storeys and 26-storeys, Beach Vista, in Emaar Beachfront.

Other towers at Emaar Beachfront include Sunrise Bay Dubai, a premium twin tower of 26 storeys, as well as Beach Vista Dubai, a state-of-the-art apartment building comprising two stately towers connected by a podium level with a swimming pool.
