As of March 2018, the average rental yield for a villa at Akoya OXYGEN is AED 167,666. If you are planning to buy a villa here, then the sale price is 973 AED/sq.ft. Compared to Jumeirah Golf Estates and Emirates Living, properties in Akoya are priced lower. If you are looking at that price point closely for a golf-course living, it’s that easy to narrow down your search. If you are looking at investments to fetch better rental yields, then properties in Reem give a much healthier return on your investment.

Today, our focus is on Damac’s green community that offers an array of villas catering to the varied tastes of individuals, for property investment in the luxury segment and golf-course area.

AKOYA Oxygen is dubbed Dubai’s first green residential address. The community offers a range of villas nestled in the heart of nature, with lush greenery and cascading water features all around. A huge variety of trees and plants keeps you in a tranquil location with wide open space, away from the busy urban life, yet the community is ideally located close enough to the city to access it quickly.

Only 25 minutes from the centre of the city along the Umm Suqeim Expressway, this breathtaking community offers a carefully designed master plan and road network system, with dedicated spaces for bicycles and hybrids. Homes feature energy efficient materials, controls and systems, so it’s all about living in harmony with nature, in more ways than one.
