Tilal Al Ghaf spans over a 3 million square meter land area including a 70K lagoon and an 11KM cycling and walking trail.  Located along the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Hessa Street and neighbouring nearby estates such as Damac Hills, Motor City and Jumeirah Golf Estates, Tilal Al Ghaf is promising a brand-new waterfront community living experience.

Tilal Al Ghaf is Majid Al Futtaim’s new flagship project development in Dubai. With interconnected parks, playgrounds and picnic areas along with cycling and walking tracks, the project creates a way for meaningful residential living with sustainable design. Other schools near Tilal Al Ghaf include GEMS Metropole School, Kings' School - Al Barsha, Jumeirah English Speaking School - Arabian Ranches and Safa Community School. These are an 11 to 14-minute drive away from the community. 

Residents can also find places for worship nearby. The Sports City Mosque is roughly 16 minutes away from the residential area. St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, or commonly known as Jebel Ali Church, is 16 to 17 minutes’ drive away and is home to other worship places. The Hindu Temple, Shiva Temple in Za’abeel 2, is a 28-minute drive from Tilal Al Ghaf.

Residents looking for medical care and other healthcare services can be found at Apex Medical and Dental Clinics and Mediclinic Me’aisem located 14 to 20 minutes away via car. For multi-specialty hospitals, the NMC Royal Hospital in DIP is a 14-minute drive away.

There are other attractions and family leisure places which can be enjoyed with a few minutes’ drive from Tilal Al Ghaf. For those interested in polo and horse-riding the Plantation Equestrian and Polo Club and Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club are roughly 9 to 11 minutes away. Enjoy the indoor butterfly garden at the Dubai Butterfly Garden and bring the whole family at the Dubai Miracle Garden in Al Barsha which are both a 15-minute drive away.
