The Winchester School has been teaching the National Curriculum for England (NCFE) to its international students.  It is also a GEMS Education School which foundational concepts are teaching students to apply knowledge in the real world.

Admissions

Application and admission for the Academic Year are done online through the school website. Admissions to classes depend upon vacancies. There is no entrance test but an age-related assessment at the FS level and Key Stage 1 (Year 1) is required. For all other classes, an age-appropriate screening/placement test is set at the discretion of the school.

Jebel Ali School

Jebel Ali School is one of the oldest and most respected schools in Dubai. Originally built to provide education for the children of Jebel Ali expat employees. Established in 1977, it has evolved from Jebel Ali Primary School to Jebel Ali School (JAS) and has since relocated to DAMAC Hills making it accessible to residential and family neighbourhoods. It is now a state-of-the-art campus offering education system until Year 9 with plans of expansion in 2023.

Curriculum

JAS is an independent and non-profit school founded on 1986. It evolved into an entirely British Curriculum establishment that caters to children of all nationalities and abilities. They are open for admission for both Primary and Secondary schoolers.

Admissions

Application process in JAS follows strict guidelines and compliance with the KHDA. Priority is given to applicants who have a corporate debenture and for those who has siblings are enrolled at JAS.
