The Dubai real estate is a very lucrative industry for all the stakeholders, the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant and of course the realtors.

I mostly specialize in Jumeirah Lake Towers, however, I have strong experience in other areas such as Springs, Lakes, Meadows and Downtown. I build enough trust with my overseas clients, they issue me a power of attorneys to manage their entire portfolios in different locations of Dubai.

Between 2016-2017, I have found a unique niche within the real estate market – Portfolio Management. Based, partly, on my background in finance (BBA, National University of Singapore), coupled with Marketing (MBA, Institute of Business Administration), but mostly on my insight, market knowledge and expertise, I have consistently and effectively delivered, to my clients, an annual ROI of over 16% (2017).
