Blue Waters Residences in Dubai has its Townhouses on an Island

Meraas’s Blue Waters Residences development on the island destination in Dubai comprises 10 mid-rise towers featuring 698 apartments, four penthouses and 17 townhouses set amid a plethora of world-class entertainment, leisure and hospitality options.

The centre piece to this development is Ain Dubai, Dubai’s landmark observation wheel.

As the initial step, Blue waters Residences has officially started the handover of its first completed units and welcomed its first residents to the mid-rise towers.

Amenities and Recreation

Gymnasiums, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, basketball courts and children’s play areas are the key amenities available to the residents. A mosque is also located in the vicinity.

A central landscaped podium, 32 retail outlets as well as a supermarket are part of this community.

Blue waters’ lifestyle retail space, The Wharf will comprise over 150 retail and dining outlets while the destination also hosts a five-star hospitality offering – Caesars Palace Blue Waters Dubai, The Residences at Caesars Palace Blue waters Dubai and Caesars Resort Blue waters Dubai – collectively offering 495 luxury rooms and 80 serviced apartments.

The Rotunda, a 500-seat theatre showcasing acts from Las Vegas, and Cove Beach, a private beach club all add to the lifestyle experience.
