Villa Project of 916 Units, $115M value in Dubai is awarded to Arabtec

Arabtec Holding has been awarded a $115m (AED424m) contract from Damac Properties to build 916 villas in the Akoya Oxygen master development, the company announced on Wednesday.
Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co. (EFECO) will be carrying out mechanical, electrical and plumbing works for the project.
