Property Monitor released their July 2019 data of sale prices, rentals and number of transactions for villas and apartments in Dubai. Based on average prices, the following 6 communities were found to be the most expensive for renting or buying villas in Dubai.
We calculated average rental yields that showed over 5% for Victory Heights and Jumeirah Park locations. Considering the market conditions where prices are declining steadily, both these communities make for best investment opportunities for Dubai real estate buyers.
1. Palm Jumeirah Fronds-Garden
